Mark uses a cognitive-behavioral approach to clinical therapy. Psycho-therapeutic techniques are based on ethical standards and certified training. Email counseling can assist with coaching, referral and bibliotherapy (suggested reading-books and websites).

Mark has demonstrated competencies and training to address problems with anxiety, depression, anger, intimate relationships and workplace conflicts. Email is a tool that allows for distance learning, written dialogue, support and direction.
